In 2025, I led the Marketing team at iKrusher to plan, budget and design new display shelving for iKrusher's vape hardware products. Throughout the year, our team coordinated with the manufacturing teams in China to source and build out the new shelving designs for the iKrusher brand, going for a clean look and feel. Our Marketing team prototyped the shelving displays until we went with the white acrylic base design with a pop out clear acrylic window, so that the labeling could be swapped out. Overall the goals were to present iKrusher's vape lineup, keeping the branding aesthetic of iKrusher's signature blue logo but inspired by Apple's branding.
I led the design of iKrusher's 2026 booth at Hall of Flowers in Ventura, creating a design plan for the shelving and booth, mock ups and crafted various display props. Both the Marketing and Sales teams worked together to execute the new direction and incorporate the new display shelves into the design.
From March 17 - 19, I attended Hall of Flowers for the first time representing Marketing as part of the iKrusher team. Arriving on setup day, we set up the new table and I finished setting up the displays for the side shelves, highlighting the eKo/Viro product displays from MJB and adding a personal touch with my Labubus added to enhance the iKraft or ODM/OEM displays. The way the booth was designed and organized this year was helpful for the sales team to easily show off the products to attendees.
I planned and executed various visual merchandising designs featuring iKrusher's product lineup for Spring 2026, where I included visual key areas that showed off our new eco friendly vape called the Viro as our featured product for Hall of Flowers. This generated much traction this year as attendees were pretty excited to see the Viro hardware in person. Different shelving space was dedicated to feature our iKraft samples of ODM vape hardware designs and packaging examples made in house. I even created the iKrusher panels on the bottom out of extra tablecloth fabric and foam boards and used this as extra opportunity to brand iKrusher's blue color throughout the booth.
